Have a question about renting the estate? Here are some frequently asked questions asked by our guests. Hopefully your question will be answered, but if your question isn’t answered, feel free to contact us.

  • Q: How many cars can park at the Sofi B. Estate?

    A: For vacation rentals, no more than 5, for events, no more than 50

  • Q: What is the layout of bedrooms?

    A: The estate has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14 total.

    Bedroom 1:  Suite Master Suite:  King bed, sleeps 2
    2nd Master Suite:  1 Queen, sleeps 2
    1 bedroom:  1 Queen each, sleeps 2
    1 bedroom:  2 queen beds, sleeps 4
    1 bedroom:  1 full bed, sleeps 2
    1 bedroom:  with a sleeper sofa, sleeps 2

  • Q: Is there a minimum vacation rental stay?

    A: Yes: 3 days or more during major holidays and summer months. 2 nights or more in off season.

  • Q: What type of events can the estate be rented for?

    A: The estate is available for vacation rentals and PRIVATE non-public events;

    (Ex. weddings, corporate parties, and fundraisers.)

  • Q: What parts of the estate are available to rent?

    A: For vacation rentals: The entire estate (Main House, Grounds, and Pool/Pool House).

    For private event rentals: All areas besides bedrooms unless special accommodations are needed.

  • Q: How much does it cost to rent the estate?

    A: A private event depends on number of people and ranges from $7,500 to $10,000 per event.  There is a damage deposit of $2,500. The rental rate is $1,200 per night for vacation, no more than 14 guests.  Each event would require different contracts and policies and is subject to change based on availability and dates.

  • Q: Can you can combine vacation rentals and event rentals?

    A: Yes, ranging from $5,000-$10,000

  • Q: Do I need security for a private event?

    A: Yes, you will need security for all private events that have guests 21 years of age and older. We require at least 1 security staff member for every 75 people attending the event. Upon booking your event, you will be provided with information on securing security for your event.

  • Q: Do you have any preferred vendors you can recommend?

    A: Yes, we have preferred vendors for on-site massage services, on-site facial services, on-site trainers, DJs, caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, and more.
